Ashapura operates a high-capacity manufacturing facility with a production capacity of 25,000 sq. m. per day, comprising 20,000 sq. m. of GCL and 5,000 sq. m. of GCCM. Its fully equipped in-house testing laboratory ensures stringent quality control from raw bentonite sourcing to finished product dispatch, delivering consistent and reliable performance for large-scale international projects.

A Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) is a high-performance composite made from sodium bentonite and geotextiles, providing an exceptionally low-permeability barrier for critical containment applications. When hydrated, the bentonite swells to form a durable, impermeable seal, offering superior hydraulic performance compared to conventional compacted clay liners.

A Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mat (GCCM), such as Cretematt and Creteroll, is a flexible, concrete-filled geotextile that hardens when hydrated to form a durable, waterproof and fire-resistant concrete layer. It combines the flexibility of geosynthetics with the strength of concrete, enabling fast, easy installation without mixing equipment or formwork for effective erosion control, slope protection and containment.
GCCM (Cretematt and Creteroll) is a flexible, concrete-filled geotextile that hardens with water. It forms a durable, waterproof and fire-resistant concrete layer with easy, fast installation. Ideal for erosion control and slope protection, it offers reliable and effective containment.
